When you choose a custom massage, a skilled Osetra massage therapist will design a session that helps you achieve maximum relaxation, balance, and healing.
For example, if this is your first massage—or if you have fibromyalgia—your therapist may decide that the long, smooth strokes and lighter touch of Swedish massage work best. If you’re physically active, you may benefit from pressure point technique and a focus on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Of course, you can always request a blend of massage styles.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage relieves the stress and discomfort of pregnancy—especially in the lower back and pelvic area. Helping you relax reduces the flow of stress hormones to your baby, increases nourishing circulation, and makes it easier for you to sleep. Some of our clients even say that prenatal massage makes for an easier delivery.
Postpartum Massage
With its relaxing strokes, postpartum massage relieves stress and helps restore your body to its pre-pregnancy state. Postpartum massage can make it easier to lose weight and regain your energy. It can even support your breast-feeding efforts.

At Osetra, we offer Cranial-Sacral Therapy (CST).
Cranial-Sacral Therapy
This gentle, non-invasive bodywork interacts with the brain and spinal cord. During a CST treatment, relaxation and touch techniques instruct the body to let go of emotional memories that are no longer relevant to survival. CST helps release trauma from your skin, bones, and muscle tissue and calms an overstressed nervous system.
