New Guidelines & Protocols during the Shelter-in Place Order
Clients from more vulnerable populations may like to reconsider making an appointment and forgo massage while COVID-19 is still present in our community.
What to expect before your appointment:

You are to inform your therapist when you have arrived. You are to remain in your car (or wait outside) until called or texted to come in.​

To reduce the amount of people in the office, we request that people who do not have an appointment to wait outside.

Clients and therapists are required to wear masks throughout their visit.

You will be screened at the office door and be asked general questions regarding COVID-19 symptoms. Temperature will also be taken before entering.

If you are experiencing any symptoms just before your appointment, please contact us ASAP to reschedule at no penalty.

Our late cancellation policy will be discontinued during this time.

New intake & consent forms are to be filled out by both new and returning clients

Contact information and health history can be filled beforehand on our online form.

A copy of your signed forms can be provided upon request.

What to expect during your session:

Masks will be worn by you and your therapist at all times.

Talking should be reduced to decrease respiratory droplet dispersal.

Facial massage is not recommended at this time.

You will remain in massage room after your session. Payment and rebooking will be conducted in the massage room.

Cancellations: 650-629-3727
At Osetra Wellness, we have reserved your appointment especially for you. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation with regard to cancellation. If you have scheduled 1 or 2 hours of appointment time and find that you must cancel, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
VISA, MasterCard account numbers will be taken for all appointments. If appointments are not cancelled within the designated time, your account will be charged 50% of the cost of the reserved services. If the reserved time can be filled, no charges will be made.
HSA/FSA Payment Method
We accept HSA and FSA for payment. Please check with your provider if you qualify, as most require a doctor's note to qualify as an eligible expense.

We accept SpaFinder, Spa Wish, and Spa Week gift certificates.

Jewelry
Please leave valuables at home. Sorry, we cannot be responsible for them.
Health
Please let the therapist know if you are pregnant, have had any recent surgery or product allergies.
Discount Limits
Discounts are not valid with promotional gift certificates or regular certificates. Only one discount may be used per session. Osetra Wellness specials have already been discounted.
